B-12 and Lipotropic Injections for Weight Loss

i used to be 140lbs and i was always skinny but i had a pot belly that made me look like i was 5 mos pregnet. all the woman in my family have it and no matter how much sit ups they did it never would go away so i got liposuction done in nov 2001 and my stomach wasn't exactly flat enough to wear a two piece bikini but it went down a lot and i was able to wear tight shirts and not have that spear tire around me. Anyway, in 2003 i noticed i started gaining weight in my thighs & butt. I heard it was because i had the lipo done and they sucked the fat cells out of my stomach so now the fat was going other places. I don't know how true that is but i did gain a lot of weight in my thighs since the lipo so i don't know if i would want to have that done again. i don't want the weight to creep up on me in other body parts. Also when i weighed 140lbs i felt my best. Ever since i had the lipo done, I have a smaller stomach but much bigger thighs and butt. I don't know if i would have rather had my big stomach and small thighs & butt or my smaller stomach and big thighs & butt. I guess I can't win or lose. I had my third lipotropic injection and still no weight loss. This is getting fustrating but i'm trying to just be patient and wait it out. I am eating very very little to and i can't believe i haven't lost not even a pound! i am hoping to see results before the bottle is gone because i would hat to buy another bottle and not see any results. also i did see the commercials for the shots that they give you to lose weight so you wouldn't have to go under the knife but i don't know how much they are?

I have always weighed around 130-140. I was in the military, so I have alot of muscle (under layers of fat now) The shots I guess are like non surgical lipo, and it like liquifys the fat i think and it passes out your urine or something like that. I have NO clue how much they cost. Now dont eat too little, if your body isnt getting enough calories, it will hold onto the fat that it has because it doesnt know when its next meal is gonna be or how big it will be. Dont be to discouraged, alot of women said they lose inches before they lose lbs, so maybe get yourself a little journal and record your inches (waist/hips/thighs) and your weight and track the progress. I havent lost weight yet, but dont expect it. I wish lipo was cheaper, to help me get on my way. I had a thyroid disorder that they corrected ( I wasnt able to take that wonderful drug that reduces the size of the thyroid and makes you lose lots of weight) but some reason the goiter came back..but my thyroid functions are "normal". I dont know, some times I want to give up, sometimes I cant find the motivation to exercise. My husband is deployed (along with all my friends) and my family is 1000 miles away, so its tough!

I took the third injection Sunday and got on hte scale Monday morning and still weighed the same but i think i might have lost some inches becaise i can feel a little difference in my shirts& jeans. I am going to start today by keeping a journal on my inches because i heard you will notice a difference in inches first before weight.

Are you taking phentermine? if so, how much, also any diuretic for water loss? I am wonder why some are taking a water pill? That only comes back with drinking more water (the weight loss) Can someone explain why they also take water loss pills?
