Honestly speaking, you do need appetite suppressant. I do not have a number. I go to a weightloss clinic that prescribe phentermine, and I order the shots online. Most site want a doctor approval now, before it was easy to get. I guess they were getting hit with heavy fines to pay.

Actually, I think I could, but the pills help me control my appetite. I am now taking a half of one in the morn with an all natural appetite suppressant. This seems to do rather well. But I do give kudos to the injections for the actual weight loss. I have actually seen a big difference in the way my clothes fit, and I know that the pills alone are not responsible for all the weight loss. I really feel the difference when I miss an injection.

No wonder you are hungry. The body needs a minimum of 700 calories a day just to stay alive. To keep your heart beating and you kidneys and liver functing and so on..You should at the very least be eating 1000 to 1200 calories a day. With lots of protein. Getting those calories by eating 5 or 6 small meals a day. This also keeps your metabolism up. That's the one big mistake all dieters make at one time or another. Not eating enough. Your body goes into starvation mode, and hangs onto every calorie it gets and stores it as fat.Eat...but eat smart. These injeactions will help liquify the fat in your bloodstream and flush it out. This is why you will notice inches gone more than weight gone.

hey lisa, i don't know about the shots in the 1960 area, but I went to harwin clinic (off of harwin - i think you can google it) and buy each shot of b12 for $15. I did the whole diet thing from them a couple of years ago and bought extra b12 shots and i lost about 23 lbs! try it.

I am 5'8'' and i weigh 180lbs. I want to go back to being 140-145lbs so I tryed everything and i really mean everything!!! I have wasted so much money on products that don't work. I read so much about the b12/lipotropics so I ordered the b12/lipotropic injections at mydietsolutions.com I did the first injection on Monday and the second on Thursday and so far I haven't lost anything and i only felt an increase in energy after the second injection but it only lasted about 4 hours. I'm also taking L-dopa bean extract & L-Argenine to help stilmulate my Pitituary gland to release human growth hormone. So far I haven't seen any results. I guess I should be patient and wait. I only drink soy protein shakes in the morning and I eat Healthychoice dinners for lunch & dinner. I'm going to try and find the number for the phentermine and if i have any luck i will let you know.

I am in the same exact boat as you are. Im 5'8" 180 and have tried everything to get back down to 140-145. B12/lipo is not a miracle worker ( i too have 2 shots and no weight loss). The only miracle is liposuction!! But I heard theres places you can go now and a doctor will inject something in your arm..its like non-surgical liposuction. Have u heard of it? I saw it on a commercial once...

I have been taking the lipo shots for almost a year, and I will tell you this, I can really notice when I miss one. You cannot expect to start loosing weight after only 2 shots, some people don't even feel anything until their 5th shot. If you want to loose weight the fast and unhealthy way, and have it come back with a vengence, then go get liposuction, and starve yourself. When you loose weight slowly, then you have a much better chance of keeping it off. It has taken me about 8 months to loose 40 pounds, and I am just over half way to my goal. But I haven't gained back one pound yet, and I have done my fair share of cheating. Anything worth having is worth waiting for.
