How fast does the weight come back on after you stop taking the shots? If I just want to lose 25 to 30 Lbs I am 42 yrs pld so my matabolism is slow, can you just maintain your wieght or must you continue the shots for the rest of your life?. I have not yet taken any shots, I have made an appointment for Mon 19,2007 in Tampa but it seems like the shots on the Internet with Dr. Gates is the cheapest way to go. I'm kind of hesitent as you know the saying you "get what you pay for".

Are you still traking the pills? If so how much weight have you lost. I went on Vitaminshoppe.com and they sell B-12 5000mg does it matter the dosage of does it have to be B12 2000 mg. The web site to buy the Phentermine 37.5mg only sells 90 tablets for $93.00 not 180 tablets is there another place I can buy the Phentermine 37.5mg cheaper. Thanks.

After reading all the comments, I'm now convinced of the B-12 shots plus I have friends who are shedding weight so crazy that I thought they were on some kind of illegal drugs (the big C). They told me about the b-12 w/ lipotropic injections. So, i just now ordered the stuff from Dr. Gates online. I am so desperate to lose weight (like 70 pounds or so) otherwise I'm heading for another divorce. Wish me luck.
