It took a few weeks for my B12 to kick in and then I had to stop for a few weeks. When I started up again, it took longer for the B12 to kick in. It seems that after a while I didn't notice the kick...I only noticed when I didn't receive the injection and I started to drag.

If you're not a squeamish person about giving yourself the injections, you can order directly from MyDietsolutions.com and either give them to yourself or have a friend or family member give the injection. That's what I finally ended up doing and I've found they're really a safe website to order from as well.

I take it you did not go to a clinic to get your injection, or did you not find out about your allergy there? Also if the B-12 is real you should have felt it on the way home from the clinic or not to long after the injection at least this was my experience years ago. I am want to buy the injections online but Im scared there not real.
It is though its to good to be true.

I actually went and got the injections at a clinic. I found out that I am not allergic to slufur and I went back and got the lipo shot. Yesterday was my second injection of both the B-12 and the Lipo ...and I only lost 6 ounces in one week! That's a little frustrating considering I bust my butt at the gym and I eat a protein/vegetable diet. Sigh...oh well.
As for the allergies..I found this out through my dietician. I have been extremely sick and through an expensive blood test, we determined that I'm allergic to gluten, eggs, peanuts, citrus fruits, beans, and mustard. So, I can't be accused of eating poorly...there's truly nothing I can eat!!!!:(

I worry about the B-12 only because i have Chronic Fatigue and Adrenal Fatigue and I was told that I would notice a HUGE difference with the B-12 and after 2 injections I have felt nothing! Could this be a scam?????

I see that healing holistic is out of the b6/b12/lipo formula. Is my diet solutions a good place to get it from?? I know it's more costly. I was only curious.
Also why are no artificial sweeteners allowed?? I drink a ton of naturally flavored water, and it has a slight bit of aspartame in it. Thanks everyone!!!

Yes, I used the B12 Lipo and the B6, B12 Lipotropics and lost weight on both... and have kept it off for almost a year now!
