I went to his website and it sounds really interesting. Do you have any idea what he charges for the shots? I know I can get them from mydietsolutions.com but, it won't tell me on his website how much the program costs. Does he do adipex to or just the shots?

Have you located a Dr. here in Atlanta area? I saw one in Michigan where I used to live and lost 26 lbs in 6 weeks without exercise. Unfortunately that was 3 years ago and I have since put back about 10 lbs. If you find someone please do let me know.

I have been giving myself the injections for three months & love how they make me feel & I am losing the weight. I can tell you from experience that self injections are easy. The only thing is you have to be careful about hitting a blood vessel - believe me you will know if you hit one because it hurts like heck - this has only happended to me one time but my mistake was to inject anyway (even though it was really painful)- well I had a painful bump on my thigh for about one hour and I was scared but thankfully it went away - also there was bleeding after the injection which I had never had.

Anyway, just be careful and withdraw the needle immediately if you feel pain. Other than that one experience all has gone very well.

I am curious is anyone is dieting and using the injetions? If so, what diet method or calorie intake are you useing.

Actually I am using a 1200 count diet. I am actually doing Dr. Kerendians diet. He actually measured my calorie intake and told me that if I kept under 1200 calories I would be able to lose about 2-3 lbs a week and could lose more if I put more effort in the means of exercise. My husband on the other hand is doing the same but I guess he does have a slow metabolism. I would of never thought that your metabolism could be measured. It is pretty cool. I think everyone should have there metabolism measured. This way you would know how many actual calories you burn.

If you get a chance you can check out mydietsolutions.com . I buy most all of my weight loss products from them. I know they ship their products all over the place. I hope this helps.
