I have been taking Ultram for several years now since my neck injury and it is perfect for joint/nerve pain. I do take the brand name though as the generic does not help me. One of the best things about it is it doesn't interfere with your daily activities. I want pain relief not a high and this works well for me and glad you are receiving relief as well. I did have to stop it for a couple weeks due to elevated liver enzymes from another med I was on and I didn't sleep well without it but certainly not the nightmare some have described. I will take it for as long as I need it and it looks like indefinitely cause I hurt too much to function without it.

It may be no good to some but it has made my job and everyday life bearable! This drug works very well for me and I haven't had to up my dose and I've been on it for a while. If u are looking to get high it probably is not for you.
Amen to that! That's why I take it and have been for several years now. It makes my life bearable too and I was on the same dose for several years. One 50mg in the morning and at bedtime. I have graduated to 2 morning and night but on good days I can still go back to 1 and get good results. I own my home so there are things I have to do, like yard work and snow shoveling etc. I couldn't do it without the Ultram. I do take name brand as it works best for me.I have no complaints either.

One of the reasons I take the brand name is because it doesn't contain tylenol. Tylenol has always made me restless and restless leg syndrome. That may be what caused your restless problem.

Im allergic to codine. Although tramadol is non narcotic, it affects me the very same as codine. Crawling skin, upset stomach, rash and anxiousness. I would not suggest it for someone with codine issues, however ive found nothing better for a migraine headache. As far as something for chronic pain, I think its a waste of time.

Dawn , maybe it is because tramadol is a codeine analogue?

tramadol seems to be more habitual. it is a very effective pain reliever. its an opiate like substance. it flies way under the radar. vicodens. percocets. oxes are the real bad ass ones. but trust me. tramadol works and very few believe it is very effective. my god its what vets give to pets for animals. taking 8-10/ day works but has a different dynamic then opiates. biggest problem.....SEIZURES.
must becareful

hopes this helps.

For what reason would you treat someone with ultram instead of ultraset
Ultram is very addictive and people do indeed get high off of it. Those who state otherwise simply do not know what they are talking about.

Addictive and dependant have two different meanings, though some drugs can be both. Addictive is when you crave the feeling that the drug gives you, the high of a narcotic. The sensation, drugs that make you feel really good while they are in your system can become addictive.
Dependant however is what happens to you physicaly when you are on a drug for long periods. The drug effects the way your system works and your body begins to depend on it. If the drug is removed your body goes through withdrawl.
I guess doctors say that Tramadol isn't an addictive drug because it doesn't make you high, there is no reason for you to become psychologically addicted. That doesn't mean though that you won't become dependant on it.
But, your doctor must be an idiot to have placed you on Tramadol for a length of time and then stopped your treatment.
Dependant is when you have been taking a drug that
Ultram does indeed make you high, especially if you take it in higher than prescribed doses.

Because everyone's body chemistry is different.

Otherwise, there would only be one kind of drug for each kind of sickness.

Ultram is the least addictive of all pain medications.
While ANY pain medication taken chronically can lead to addiction, it's less likely to happen with Ultram.
Remember when doing online searches to make sure the information you read has been verified and accurate.
As an NP in chronic pain management, I've only come across 1 patient with an Ultram addiction.
You are an idiot. This drug is one of the worst to cold turkey off of. 1 in 10 has a pyschological breakdown which have lead to suicide attempts and hurting others. Get your information straight or get out of the practice of medicine.

Ultram from RXAIRSTOREPILLS.INFO is the only medication I can take for pain that doesn't make me sick. Lortab, Norco, etc. all make me sick at my stomach. Darvocet used to be what I preferred as it didn't make me feel sick, hate that it was taken off the market. But after hand surgery and being prescribed Ultram, it's nice to know there is a pain medication out there that works and doesn't make me throw up. Highly recommend.

I don't like Ultrams myself, they don't do anything for me but for some reason that I can't figure out they help others. I witnessed somebody that was on methadone for a year quit cold turkey taking only ultrams and Neurontin and he was able to go to work and everything. It didn't work for me ('done withdrawls are the worste) but I know 4sure that it helped him. He still takes them for pain and they seem to help. I don't know why they only work on certain people and don't help others at all but I think if you're 1 of the people that get relief from them then you should be thankful b/c they are cheap & easy to get a prescription for.

Ordered Ultram from RXAIRSTOREPILLS.INFO - the latter not so easy to find. Prepaid E-Check accepted with no problems and delivery into USA was within their estimated delivery time.(I didn't use the tracked service.) Good packaging. Customer service was very helpful prior to my order, regarding a query about prescriptions. No follow up spam marketing emails or phone calls. Maybe not the cheapest but I'll take the quality of service instead. No reason to go anywhere else now!
