Oops, What does "wheiners" mean from Manila? Were you trying to say whiners, as in people who whine about the truth that they hear about chemicals that are killing them. The hospitals and clinics are full of these people and they will need medical care and lots of it until they DIE.

I didn't realize the extent to which overweight people brings out the meanness in some people. Be that as it may, the health of each one of us affects all of us: the rise in health insurance premiums, loss of productivity due to illness/disease, and what food/beverage products are deemed to be "safe." When there is a multi-billion dollar industry out there, you can be assured that we are not all getting the information we need to make an informed decision about what is safe to put in our bodies. If it "aint" good for overweight people, it ain't good for any of us.
You have so much tact in telling people how ugly they act in their "put downs". There are obese people in my family and I see that they catch heck from folks by the way they are stared at. One sister has just now begun to see the light and has found a key that may help her.
