Zowie! This is exactly what we need to replace that dim-witted, greedy, thieving rep who's retiring. I will be the first to make a substantial donation and he has my full support of time, talent and resources to win this thing. I'm so GD excited I can hardly stand it. Does anyone out there know what the max donation is? I'll give it four times, one for each member of my family.

While Dr. Noe may be a fine clinician/surgeon, political office may not be a perfect fit. Think about it Eastside, if you want to have professionals living in the area, you must have a Rep. that is business oriented. Historically speaking, Doctors are very skilled at what they do, and are NOT very business oriented. Check the newspaper files for those Drs. who have been hoodwinked and stolen from their own practices!!!!(not only EP, but nationally). The Republican choices are always bettter, as THEY are the ones who employ!

Are you claiming Dr. Noe is committing fraud??. You better have the right material to back this one up. Even posting here he can claim libel and get a court order to get your name to sue you.

This man is a genius. Who else do women trust the most? Even more than their husbands?!? That's right, the person that looks around their "hoohahs" all day long...
Even moreso, because he's a man! They probably see him as a knight in shining armor, putting up with personal issues that they don't want anyone else to know about...This man controls the females, the females control the husbands, thus automatically making thousands of voters...Genius.
This guy could propose mandatory vasectomies for all men, taxes on watching sports on TV and teaching "The Notebook" in schools and he would take over the country.
I wonder what his opinions are on social, fiscal and legal issues...I don't think it matters. If he's good looking or anti-conservative, he's a "shoo-in" in this town...after all we voted in a President based on good orator skills and of course...white guilt.

Have you lost your mind? There is claim as to ANY professional committing fraud. Just stating articles observed in the newspapers, etc. Do you have a grudge against a person with an opposing opinion?

You hit the nail on the head. I didn't want to bring this up because I prefer to be discrete, but anyone who is used to sticking his nose in women's business all day long isn't going to be afraid to wade into the cesspool of city hall, grab the bull by the balls and do some good. In fact, he's probably looking forward to grabbing some balls after seeing so many waginas over the years. It'll be a nice change for him.

I see most of the persons are supporters of this Doctor. It really does not make a difference if it is this Doctor Noe or another business person.

What I will be looking at is Ethics, Morales, Leadership - do not care about all the hype. If there are skeletons in your closets put the meat back on the bones and release them. Wether Dem/ Repub, or Independent this city needs real leadership.

NO Just trying to make you understand that some times what you say can get you if you word it wrong. The statement wasn't necessary to your message.

Good move by Dr. Noe. He knows that most people would vote for Mickey Mouse if he were on the ballot , instead of Sonia Brown. But for eastsiders this could be just going from guatemala to guatepeor. More has to be known about such Dr.'s capabilities so that we don't put another thief on city council. P.S. does anyone know why Quintana has gotten away with fraud?

I don't know if he's politically savvy but I do know he's a top notch doctor. I've been going to him for years and received exceptional service. It truly is a pleasure for me to spread my legs for him and now it will be a pleasure to vote for him.
