A plan for growth?
Eliminate 45 personal tax exemptions.
Index gas tax to inflation.
Increase state income tax by 19%.
Increase cigarette tax by 39%.
Increase MBTA fares by 5% every two years.
Increase tolls by 5% every two years.
Increase RMV fees 10% every 5 years.
Give illegal aliens in-state tuition.

Here's something, decrease sales to to 4.5%.
