The town has expanded its anti-smoking ordinance to include electronic cigarettes, an inhaler that resembles a cigarette, but delivers nicotine in a vapor rather than smoke.

What do any of these posts have to do with banning electronic cigarettes? Ecigs are not cigarettes. There is no smoke and even the nicotine is optional.
