Education is the key to conquer the diabetes which eventually helps individuals decide whether or not a food or drink in front of them is good or not.
And, most of us would agree that diabetes is a lifestyle disease. You need to be aware of what is good for you at the moment. When your sugar is high or low, your needs eventually change.
Type 2 diabetes is completely manageable but I think mum is trying to save the world for the Type 1's. Kudos to her for her dedication to help others become aware of it.
