Its simple. Vaccines are the common denominator. Nothing else fits.

Why it continues to rise is because they keep lying about vaccine injury. http://whale.to/v/paul.html

You really are demonstrating you abysmal lack of understanding again. To quote your own link:-

“Dr. Offit said the study authors reach erroneous conclusions due to an erroneous definition of autism. A child with measles encephalopathy, he said, may have severe cognitive deficits that fall into the autism spectrum, but such symptoms themselves do not necessarily translate into a diagnosis of autism.”

Offit is quite right, cause encephalopathy is brain disease, damage, or malfunction, which can be detected by brain scans. Although some of the symptoms of encephalopathy conditions can be very similar to autism symptoms (e.g. personality changes, over-sensitivity to light or sound, seizures, etc.), autism is an entirely different condition, cause it doesn't involve any scan detectable brain disease, damage or malfunction. Therefore vaccine injury compensation is not awarded for autism cases (as there is no valid evidence that vaccines cause autism), though it can be awarded in encephalopathy cases, as it is a known (but very rare) side effect of some vaccines (though there are a lot of other possible, and more likely, causes).

Of course I don’t expect anyone with your conspiracy theorist tunnel vision to understand, or even want to understand, that.

And of course a POS like you would leave out the following:
"
The government has never compensated, nor has it ever been ordered to compensate, any case based on a determination that autism was actually caused by vaccines. We have compensated cases in which children exibited an encephalopathy, or general brain disease. Encephalopathy may be accompanied by a medical progression of an array of symptoms including autistic behavior, autism, or seizures"

So IF you can read AND comprehend you can see it says encephalopathy IS autism and autistic behavior. They call it autistic behavior for a very good reason buttcrack, its AUTISM!!! A MEDICAL PROGRESSION meaning regression into autism, what parents have said for decades while imbeciles like you ignore it and talk nonsense instead.

Talk about comprehension issues. Glad you included that little quote, but you can make that into what it does not state. Accompanied by array of symptoms is not the same as an additional disorder aside from encephalopathy itself. Landau-Kleffner Syndrome and William’s Syndrome also have symptoms of autism, but it's not autism. Hello. It's Landau-Kleffner Syndrome, William’s Syndrome and encephalopathy.

The only valid and interesting thing is that an anti vaxxer would actually quote "The government has never compensated, nor has it ever been ordered to compensate, any case based on a determination that autism was actually caused by vaccines." truly, a day and link to remember.
You seen it here! Admitting the compensation has never been awarded based on autism or vaccines causing autism.

Big surprise you twist it until its unrecognizable. Its all vaccine damage whatever you call it.

That's your lack of comprehension and denial. You have no evidence to back up your claims.

Then again, I'm not the one claiming vaccines cause autism. You are. You have no evidence to back up your claims.

You're the one who can't read or comprehend. It is referring to autism symptoms, NOT autism itself. If encephalopathy was the same as autism, then why can encephalopathy be detected in brain scans, but autism can't. Answer that moron.

You're the one who ignores all the evidence from the many peer reviewed studies showing no link between vaccines and autism, by declaring that they are all "junk science", without giving any valid reasons for such judgement. You just do a 'Nelson'. Nelson was reputed to have raised the telescope to his blind eye and declared: "I see no ships."

Funny. Winnipeg states all the time no one will do such studies, yet claims others ignore that evidence. One cant ignore what is not there. He just goes with the predictable attention-seeking tactics and calls names and changes his name multiple times.
The majority don't takes him seriously. It's just entertainment to see what more predictable things he'll say.

Hey buttcrack it says AUTISM and autistic symptoms. Explain that azzwipe. So tell us what autism looks like in a brain scan. Funny there are many reports of swollen brains and inflamation in autism. Sounds like encephalopathy to me.

The majority? There are so few posters you must mean 3 or 4 people tops. And twisting things once again is immature.

No one cares what autism sounds like to you or some reports. What matters is the medical description and the link you provided helped greatly, even if you deny it's meaning.

In case you haven't noticed, at any given time there's up to 15 viewing this forum, which would account for all those votes you keep getting. Hello.
