New drugs currently in clinical trials have been shown to have a significant effect on reducing the symptoms of severe social impairment in people with autism or Fragile X syndrome.

They wouldn't need treatment if they acknowledged the vaccine connection. PUBMED has at least 15 studies indicating a link. Read them here: http://www.regardingcaroline.com/pubmed
