Your right!! when i asked him to put me on it i told him i wanted to be off in 10 days and he said,,OH NO, u will be on them INDEFINATELY>> if i wasnt feeling like shit i would of punched him in the face..lol, anyhow, he gave me 30 and told me to call him in 10 days to see if i still wanted to ween off..I took my first one today after 24hrs of not having any opiods and i was in withdrawl mode..the dr. told me to be 2 days w/out and the pharmacist said to go ahead and take one today..so i took one today and all my symtoms are gone,,i felt so great that i actually took the dog for a walk and ran a bunch of errands..i hope that i still feel this way tomorrow. All u people out there detoxing alone, u need to tell your dr. to give it to you..i did and thats why im doing it right. i dont want to be on the subutex for life so i will tell him in 10 days to ween me off them also. i dont want to do it any other way because he is a pain management dr. and if i do it differently i will never be able to go back there if i need to in the future. they are very strict on there regimes. thanks for all your help!!

I am addicted to Fioricet for migraines! 2 years ago I overdosed and almost died. i was clean for about 4 months and now it's even worse,I take up to 20 pills a day and spend money I don't have! It's my own private hell,I keep praying for the Lord to give me strenght to quit, the withdrawal is so horrible.

why do u need drugs for migranes?? i had a migrane and the dr. gave me imitrex and it worked like a charm..now i use excedrin migrane and they dissappear as fast as they start. the stuff your taking is full of acidaminiphen (dont know how to spell) and so does excedrin + caffene. thats what i use for my migranes.

They are tension headaches, my neck and shoulder muscles tighten up so bad i can't function. Fioricet has butalbital in it, a highly addictve narcotic!

I know how tough it can be. I had a doc scripting me 120 80's a month, 120 K4's a month and 120 2mg Zanax bars. for over two years. I have now been clesn for over 4 years. It takes a couple of years to get completely normal. Some people would not advise this but this is how I did it. Keep in mind I was shooting this stuff, not the zan's though. I went to the methodone clinic and graduated up to 100mg. I then started reducing 10mg per week until I got to 20mg. From there I went to a 10 day detox and then to a 30 day program. I know this may sound a little extreme but the 7-10 detox alone WILL NOT work. What I did was well worth it and everyone around you will respect what you have done, family, children and most everyone. There are some that look down on you but Fuck them!! I tried that detox thing 5 times only to go back to my drug of choice after a month or so. Hope this helps.

I do have a routine that worked miracles for me i was off subs in 6 days and im clean now still and its almost a month from 250mg oxy a day... if ya really want to be off all this shit, email me at [e-mail] ill give ya my number and walk ya right thru it, I have done this with so many people this month and there all clean rt now, with out the sub addiction, just eme and ill give ya all the details youll feel 100% the whole time, as you do right now, and in 10 days youll feel better than any day on pain meds, aside from the 1st time ya used, that was a great day... cant top that!! but ill get close, i promise...Marc

email me, I have details about subs to share, and its important that you so not follow his plan to the letter, no matter what do not take more than 4mg at a dose,(2x day 1) but e_me it does work...

they are time released throughout, however if its outer coat is wiped offf(wet cloth) then dried, and crushed flat(powder) place a dollar bill over it, press down flat with a quarter, then rub it back/forth, itll be a powder like bc aspirin, then consume like a bc powder aspirin, itll be a faster acting 4-6hr med, the equal to consuming 40mg 2x in 4hr period, by cutting in 1/4s w/ coat on still, its going to last less than stated on script, but still be long acting, about6-10hrs(8hrs average) however once the coating is off 15% will be actvated, once its crushed itll speed up considerably, but itll never be a immediate release medication through oral/nasal consumption, regardless of what youve read elsewhere! taken these ways, itll still time release to some extent, however you will feel it "kick in" then 4hrs later youll get another burst from it, relieving more pain... but bare in mind, the faster it works, the faster it wears off.... good luck, i hope this helped

Hi - I am the same way - it's been 3 years for me and I was taking 100mg/day!! I told 2 doctors of my problem, then when I drove my kid around with no memory of the day, it came to a crash. Withdrawl sucks ,, this time I will go to a place, I just can't do it on my own. I haven't had any for 12 hours and I am freaking out physically, waiting for my doctor to give me me a daily dose (now down to 50 mg /da). People don't realize what happenes, but when you can barely move, have kids and husband split you have to function. Then it becomes an addiction...

I got tired of living a lie, spending money I didn't have and worst of all being just like my dad who was a chrinic alcoholic. I told myself I wasn't like him but the truth was I had become just like him.
Rather than drinking I was popping a lot of pills.
My oldest daughtwr was involved in church youth group and invited me to a skit.
Of course I felt as if I must go. Once I was there, I saw so many people I knew! These were friends from back in the day. All had recieved salvation!
