But how long have you been on a vegetarian diet? It would take some time. I also introduced organic supplements and I'm down a ton of weight (no pun intended) I feel great any my numbers are all normal.

Cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar and weight are all risk factors that significantly increase the risk of suffering a heart attack. eliminate them as soon as possible. i know this is easier said than done, but diet is not the only measure to take. you also have to exercise more, quit smoking, maybe even take some medicine...read more about it in this article below. it is written especially for women but i think it has a lot of general info. hope it helps

First of all it's not necessary that to lose weight you have to follow a vegetarian diet and all. If you want your cholesterol should be under control and weight to be reduced then you must avoid eating oily stuff and heavy calories oriented food like sweets and other milk products. Avoid eating junk food, instead go for a healthy diet like salads and pulses. Blood pressure can also be under control by doing some exercise and don't take any tension , don't give much stress to your brain.

Most diet pills are not safe. It would be much safer to follow a diet plan with excercise. Or go to a weight loss clinic.

Actually if it has no other side effects i would not mind that one bit. Its not like i can't do it without but making it easier is better.
Same i bought a tv for in my gym room so i can either watch a movie or see myself (computer simulated) row against someone else. Can I row without it ... sure but with it is nicer.
It does not have to hurt or be uncomfortable.. i just do what it takes even if its uncomfortable.. but would prefer comfortable.

I am beckey. I agree with you Tanyasheen. it's not necessary to follow vegetarian diet only.you have to just control on your cholesterol and weight .But yes this is very important that you can't eat oily food al the time because oil is also the reason for weight gaining. you have to eat light food with no minimum oil. Yeah, you are right. Taking light food is also necessary. Eat less than your hunger. And the diet should be healthy.
