Three principles are:
1)You need to know what food accelerate fat burning process.
2)You need to know what food prevent fat burning process.
3)You need to know how to put all the right food in a certain way to create fat burning effect.
I find the following video very very effective and it worked wonders for me.

I would prefer cardio exercise, as they are perfect exercise for weight loss and it also makes your day very fresh and brisk.

P90X is the best for losing a lot of weight. It will make you sweat. Just gotta get off the couch and do it.
