There are so many problems and issues with this. Most of which is privacy.
-Employees AND their spouses must take tests and/or fill out forms.
- Why does the university need this and not the actual insurance company that will or might cover them. Even if self insured there should be an LLC backing these policies up
But all this goes back to worrying about WHO will pay rather than NOT HOW MUCH or for WHAT. It's the costs stupid.
The working American has been indoctrinated into thinking someone else is going to pay for their health care. Now that they are being asked why their health care cost are what they are they get all huffy.
INSURANCE should be catastrophic events and not routine maintenance. Health INSURANCE should be for a major medical event. General maintenance, fitness and/or the sniffles should be on the patient. I'd rather pay a much smaller monthly premium catastrophic for catastrophic events and pay for the sniffles and routine maintenance myself out of pocket.
Not many want to pay for their medical bill. Nor does the medical care industry because they want to charge the inflated rates reimbursed by a third party. You want someone else to pay for this is what you get.

And after all this, Obamacare will still not end the rationing of health care. Nothing will.
The English NHS has much more severe rationing than most health insurance here. Those who doubt this should Google the term QALY to see how "death panels" play out in England.

Obama Care also wants to know- do you own a gun.
Obama Care also wants your sexual history
Big corporate insurance loves this because they will use this criteria to raise rates and increase revenue.
The question is do want insurance or somebody else to pay for your routine health care or do you want privacy. Do you want to be part of the herd or independent/non dependent on the herd?
But this all goes back to using health INSURANCE for routine maintenance and not a catastrophic event insurance was ment for.
