How about minding their own F-ing business for a change? If you don't like a business that allows smoking, don't go. How hard is that?

I don't personally like to be in smoke filled establishments, but I do enjoy the idea of Freedom and all the compromises that have to be made in order for that idea to exist. These organizations exist solely to eliminate our freedoms bit by bit. If you don't like a certain establishment because of the smoke then just simply exercise your freedom to choose not to patronize. I'm convinced that 10% of the people in this country are just simply assholes who think they have the right to choose their ideas and use the law to make 90% like it. Unfortunately these assholes pick low turnout elections and usually get their way-- worked in springfield

Hey "smoke free" people. Grow some balls and make an effort to outlaw tobacco instead of telling people where they can use the product.

You wouldn't dare, because you leftist get a huge boner off all the tax revenue that tobacco produces.

How dare you. Grow some morals.

Tumors can be removed.

Your balls can't be, because you don't have any.

Nice contribution to the dialog.

Petaluma, California just passed a smoking ban that INCLUDED electronic cigarettes, all tobacco AND medical marijuana and stated that they could not be used INSIDE people's own residences whether you own it or rent AND not even on your own private balcony!!!
Ridiculous AND unconstitutional! The petition can be signed by anyone residing in the USA, so if you agree that government should not have the right to tell you that you cannot do something LEGAL inside your own home that you rent or own, sign this petition. This is AMERICA last time I checked. Sign it if you agree.
Please sign my petition to reverse this new law, link above.

And there is good reason for including e-cigs... research it!

And if the ordinance is unconstitutional, I'm sure the tobacco cartel will challenge it. But every other municipal, county and state ban has stood largely untested, so don't hold your breath... unless you smoke!

You have to excuse Sarah. Just another bleached blonde California, dime-a-dozen bimbo who does not have a clue. She says anyone in the country can sign her little petition, and she has 22 people who have signed it. TWENTY TWO PEOPLE out of 300,000,0000. That is the population of the US as I am sure counting past 5 is difficult for you blondie. We already know you can roll over, but can you speak and do back flips also? Forget it toots.... Days of ignorant people like you smoking where you want are OVER.

In case you missed the obvious, there are all kinds of Fascistic laws that are allowed to stand these days. Given your apparent need to control others, I'm sure you are enjoying the so called Patriot act, as well as the NDAA.

Let's see, we now allow for warrantless searches, arrests with no right to a trial, smoking bans, and now they want to trample on the 2nd amendment.

Hhhhmmm.

Gee, does anyone remember a certain madman back in the 30's who did the exact same things?

Agree completely. But, one has to understand that this has never b een about health, but about absolute control.
