Let the hospital make some changes and see what happens. The complainers on here have no idea what it would be like or is like to be the CEO of a regional hospital that tries to be everthing to everyone within a fairly desolate part of the state. THe CEO is only as good as the people he has working under him. I am not sticking up for Conole, nor do I know him...but the truth is if you want to make a difference or have an idea - let him know. Complainging and picking apart every move they make does not help or solve anything. By the way - gluten is is a mixture of two proteins found in some cereal grains, especially wheat. A glutton is someone who over eats or indulges. So unless they all have celiac disease that makes them allergic to gluten and the CFO is bringing gluten to the hospital - it may be the right step. It is hard to find qualified peopel to come to Gouverneur and work at a failing hospital that can barely make payroll. They have to start somewhere.
