Yes, first the tv, radio and newspaper advertisements were greatly reduced. Then, they stopped the smoking chambers in restaurants and nightclubs. Soon, no more flaunting the stinky sticks in the stores. Next, all we have to do, is find an underground bunker, for all the smokers on the corners, walking down the streets, on the sides of the buildings, and in the courtyard at lunch, and put them all together in one enclosed environment. I wonder how many will come out, still wanting to be smokers.

" and put them all together in one enclosed environment. I wonder how many will come out, still wanting to be smokers."

My work place had a smoking room which was dense with smoke and to my observations the crowd of smokers in there remained constant.

I would agree that the sale of cigarettes is on the same level as selling porn magazines. Sure they are both legal but do we really need kids to see them. Yuck!

Heck, I'd be embarrassed to smoke in public these days, don't smokers realize everyone is shaking their heads at you in disgust.

Smoking in public is the same as watching a man on a city park bench thumbing through the latest version of Penthouse Forum. It's just gross and has no place in public.

I told friends a long time ago they would become social outcasts because they suck and blow. Many quit because they don't want that. Smoking once brought people together but now its time for that revolting, disgusting, sickening, stupid, stinky, ugly, useless, health killing habit to go!

I am lovin it! Compared to the 70's this is heaven.

And about the rat problem, I wonder if PETA would protest if we gassed them and burned them quietly.

And why doesn't PETA help the Dolphins that get lost here?

And where is Alec Baldwin and Tony Dansa who wanted to be Mayor?

Bloomberg is right, we should take all cigarettes off the shelves, we should also reinstate the soda ban, limit the size of red meat sold in restaurants to 4oz and ban all cars from 89th street to23rd street.
