U.S. regulators gave priority review status to an experimental GlaxoSmithKline drug for HIV/AIDS, which industry analysts view as a possible multibillion-dollar-a-year seller.

This is an encouraging news even though nothing is still certain at least there is an action done to find a cure for HIV/AIDS.

U.S. regulators means FDA. FDA has APPROVED every deadly and damaging Pharma product and its approval means yes Pharma you can use consumers as free test subjects for poorly tested , faulty, fraudulent product.
