There are some effecting natural treatments you can use if you are dealing with eczema.

Aloe Vera - helps heal inflamed skin and stops the itching.

Olive Oil - helps moisturize the skin, is very light so wont clog any pores either.

Calendula Cream - A very effective 'eczema removal cream', contains anti-inflammatory and bacterial removal properties.

Eczema can be tricky. What works for some sufferers might not work for others. What is consistent is that moisturizing to protect the skins moisture barrier promotes healthy skin and leads to fewer breakouts.
Oils are a great way to moisturize especially in the summer. Olive oil is great an can be applied without blending. You might also want to consider exotic oils like Tamanu oil which has a number of healing properties as well as Kikui nut oil which is light and penetrates the skin without clogging your pores.
Tamanu oil is usually blended with other oils
which can also include essential oils like lavender an chamomile which some people can find soothing and help control inflammation although, some eczema sufferers can find essential oils irritating.
Botanical extracts can also be helpful. One that is gaining popularity is Oregon grape (Mahonia aquifolium)which contains the alkaloid berberine, known as an anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial used in the treatment of infection.
Certain extracts from Mahonia aquifolium may be useful in the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases such as eczema and psoriasis.
Other ingredients to consider are things like Cupuaca butter from the Amazon rainforest which you can find in some natural creams. It is a great substitute for lanolin-especially for people who are allergic and unlike lanolin is plant based. It acts in a similar way to lanolin by providing a seal to lock in moisture, helpful for eczema and is even effective to help prevent diaper rash.
