I hope all fair organizers require all display animals be vaccinated against e.coli. Failing this proof of vaccine, animals cannot be allowed. If they are allowed, fair organizers will be held liable.

I do hope the Fair organizers required all animal exhibitors vaccinate their animals against e.coli 0157:H7. If not, the Fair organizers will be held liable for the horrible hundreds of sicknesses and the death of a child because they failed to take every reasonable precaution and action to minimize the e.coli risk.
If the Fair organizers failed to take these precautions and actions, I hope they have enormous liability insurance. They will need it!
