great read. and since there has been adequate research to back up meditations affect on heart disease, no one can call this "pseudo" or a theory.

it sure could not hurt. It slows down the heartbeat and reduces stress so that will help alot.

It's true. I think meditation should be taught in elementary. It's good for your health.
