Huge mistake by council where was their information from the experts in the field of long term care They needed to share the research and the experience that what serves the needs of this population and many of the states division of long term care experts mandated for years 8 beds or less for these persons with dementia Why than are we allowing a 40 bed facility to be built when we know this is not recommended
