A while ago, a guy I know introduced me to this new business in which I could make money referring people to a new product. It happened to be a health drink with cutting edge improvements to cellular health. As a soon-to-be medical student, I was obviously skeptical, so I did my research.
The drink, AIO Premium Cellular Health, contains many of our essential vitamins and nutrients (i.e. Vitamin B1, B2, C, E, Folic Acid, Selenium, Lycopene). This much seemed obvious and unlike any other drink.
The next aspect of the drink is the presence of antioxidants. With knowledge from organic chemistry, I was well aware of the dangers of free radicals (damage to proteins, DNA, and other cell components) and the clear benefits of eliminating them with antioxidants. In other words, they protect our cells from further damage. Antioxidants are well known to be found in green tea, fruits, and even certain spices.
Finally, AIO Premium Cellular Health is claimed to optimize adult stem cells. This is where I did some extra research. Resveratrol is the key ingredient that stood out while I was reading the contents. After googling it, I found that resveratrol is simply extracted from red grape skins. This explains the craze over drinking red wine! The substance seems to act as a prevention of disease and promoter of healthy cells.
So why buy the drink? That was my first question after finding that much of these things can be found in food and fruits (i.e. drink red wine). Unfortunately, it is no picnic to gather everything mentioned and incorporate into your daily diet. The drink provides a serious convenience and gives you these vitamins, nutrients, and substances in quantities that would be difficult to obtain by simply eating food. The name AIO stands for All-In-One and most definitely makes sense after knowing the ingredients.
Do I take it now? Yes. I started a month ago and mix it with grape juice daily. It tastes great and does seem to help with my energy levels. My success story is not as dramatic as others that I've heard on the Ceres Living conference calls, but none the less, its a great vitamin and hopefully keeps me healthy.
Do I recommend this to others? Yes, and it gave me a chance to utilize my web development skills (check out http://www.aio-ceres-living.com ). If you want to know more about the product visit that site. You can even give me a phone call (number listed on the site). If you end up liking the product and also decide you'd like to refer it to friends, family, or others, then join as a preferred customer (link on site).
Even if you decide you don't want this product, I hope you are supplementing vitamins and nutrients or getting them from your diet. Many diseases are linked with a deficiency in vitamins and nutrients, so stay as healthy as possible!
