There are indeed many hospitals but only a few have specialists that are well-versed in performing hip replacement surgery. Total hip arthroplasty is a complex procedure that is why only orthopedic specialists are allowed to do it. There are only a few hospitals that are accredited for hip replacements. However, I have read somewhere at the http://pinnaclelawsuit.typepad.com that there are some problems encountered with the hip implants.
