And still useing such childish words. apparently you are not smart enough to read or you would not be stupid enough to write such a comment. you did not read most of the thread did you, do you know how to read? do you understand what you read? I sugesst since you have so much time in yur parents basement to put your computer to good use and study more on the things your complaining about.

Apparently, I am smarter than you because I capitalize "I" AND I use proper spelling and grammar. Dunderhead, I SUGGEST you stop smoking and put that ciggy money into english lessons. I believe you probably missed those classes because you were "smoking in the boys room". I have read this thread and am entitled to my opinion on smoking AND your lack of ed-u-ma-cation. LOL The book, Grammar for Dummies, will set you back about 1/2 a carton. LOL

Foot-binding equals smoking? Go to school and gain what you are unwilling to comprehend. You might do well in elementry school. Actually, I am not so sure of that either.

No, foot binding was a choice... Foot binding and creating the "Lily Foot" made the female "fit in". Much like peer presure and why all smokers started in the first place. To be accepted by thier peers.
Please do not even try to tell me that you started smoking because one day you decided that it was the thing you really wanted to do!

Now as far as bebating the smoking issue goes, Doctor Mike, IF you were REALLY a Medical Doctor, or, a person with higher education, then you would NOT being supporting the stupid arguement that smoking does not cause Lung Cancers and diseases. Perhaps YOU are the one that needs to get out of the basement and get a life, some ed-YOU-Cation and probably some exercise...
I am funny, smart and would like to current real factual data which supports smoking and longevity, smoking and low risks of cancers and any other data that truly supports your positive stance on smoking. Please do not give me any of the Amzac pro-smoking crap that is from pro smoking web sites. Also write it as you would a college paper and include a reference page, cited, etc... 1 or 2 paragraphs should be enough!

I started smoking because I was a semi-rebellious teen with parents who were rabid anti smokers. When I first smoked, none of my friends did. Many teens who are now like I was then will start smoking precisely because anti smokers detest it. It has been that way since the beginning of time. Check it out

That is a concept the antis just don't get, the more they demonize smoking the more attractive they make it. They try to blame things like the movies but in actuality they are their own worst enemies!

They need to study alot more then foot binding,
If they did any research their argument would be more debatable. Smoking and SHS "can" cause cancer
(can as is maybe, might.) no one can argue that point. There is more dangerous toxins in the "clean, smoke free" air we breath in everyday then in the SHS one may be exposed too.
But as long as no one smokes around them they think their chance of getting cancer, heart dicease etc: is very small.
