2 Where these people elected to make laws? Who in the hell do they think they are? Can "kids" legally buy cigarettes in this state? I think I read in another post, that a state can't raise taxes for the purpose of discouraging someone from buying a product. And every state that has raised taxes say that's why they are doing it. |
