Obamacare Could Mean Higher Premiums for Medicaid Recipients
The Obama administration, in hopes of persuading states to expand their Medicaid coverage to more people, is proposing to allow states to make recipients pay higher co-payments and other premiums, leading to higher bills for millions of low-income people.

I'm not surprised at all. I think this will surprise many Democrats who believe Obamacare is the answer to national health care coverage. But the money has to come from somewhere. We need Medicaid. But we don't need Medicaid to get expensive!!! Surely, there is another place from which the money can come.
