If these are inspected by York county inspectors, beware. York county does NOT really inspect homes. Please name me a time they have gone under a home to inspect for electrical wiring, HVAC, gas lines. Probably never. And the builders know this.

My advice is do NOT buy. And the three hour inspectors are a joke. You need to open walls to see what is covered up. York county inspections are almost criminal.

I like to hear about the new construction going on in different areas. It means that there is growth in the communities and that there is money flowing through the town. Plus, that means that there are a lot of contractors and electricians getting paid for construction work. http://www.dunedinelectric.com/services/comme...

I totally disagree that growth with more condos and growth is good. This is overcrowding, and a cesspool of waste when the water is scarce to begin with. Hell the animals need a home.
