Sticking your head in the sand is no solution.

It's alreadly quite obvious at this point that pushing the vectors of transmission (homosexuality, interveinous drug use, prostitution, etc.) under-ground only furthers the spread of HIV.

And the ironic effect of this is that the epidemics future wonn't be in "liberal" places like Amsterdam or San Francisco, but in "conservative" places like Iran and Pakistan, and the Caribbean.

I Think that this article is utter nonesense, and just like the claims that were stated, Mr Williams has an agenda and a very deceptive one at that. However, in trying to change the way yourself and society views "US" individuals, I have taken the initiative in becoming a responsible human being in the efforts of some day making a significant change to the way people look at "US". So whether you like it or not learn how to live with it because it will only get worse until society decides to change its behaviour. The caribbean is a very small place and it cannot survive on its own, so be careful when you and your followers spit up in the air, as it will only come back down on you. A wise man once said, people in glass houses dont trow stones. Also, I would like to believe that this is the begining, and until you minds change I can only predict that negative consequences are awaitn just beyond the horizon.
