Aids is a very important issue that the government should look into. Which i am sure they did already. But in the educational sector more money should be pored in there. There now the students or the persons listening will be educated at some point to be aware of AIDS. They would be more wise in having protected sex and abstinence and more careful when taking injections at hospitals etc.

HIV aids, has become a growing epidemic in our country, I agree that the best way to stop the spread of AIDS is thought education and I must credit where it is credit is due.

The government has done a tremendous job in educating the people of Guyana about the treat of HIV and how to prevent it, thought the mass media, thought the educational system and in class room seminar;

The Public Service Ministry Tanning Division has been holding weekly training programme in a hold host of field and one of the main parts of the weekly tanning programme is dedicated to inform the participant about HIV and not to discriminate persons living with HIV in the work place.

We Guyanese people have to stop the spread we know how it spread and how to prevent, lets practices what we have been taught; abstinence, be faithful to your partner or use a condom.

According to the department's of HIV/AIDS summary statistics,there is a decline in the number of AIDS cases in Guyana.I think it was the educational programs that contribute to a decline in HIV/AIDS.

Nothing!! that's what they did...they didn't care of the health and well being of this country and it's people, all they cared about was their selves, and like it or not they wont change.

Aids is a major issue in Guyana. We need not discriminate and scorn one another, we need to be as one and support each other...it can happen to anyone...

So what if we supporting the government??? They have provided us with the only alternative. The PPP don’t kick anyone and voting for them is a choice available to us. You are accustomed to getting kicked by the PNC that’s why you’re accusing the PPP of doing the same…grow up pal…
