It is a pity to read the plight of these people.

"The typical assessment about quality of life examines issues like the number of people with access to safe drinking water, healthcare and good nutrition. The assessment also takes account of access to education, activities that facilitate healthy social interactions and life expectancy.

Let us ignore the problem and produce more problems so that we all can be pround off of our existense

Guyana’s development takes into account all sectors and services provided to the people of Guyana-health is not left out in any way!
There was a time in Guyana that people suffered from malnutrition and white-mouth; today much as changed course with statics showing a growing number now suffering from obesity-I’ll leave you to use your common sense!

Don’t take no one’s word for granted just go take a look for yourself on the streets of Guyana-visit the many new housing schemes that are housing thousands of families, find out how many people now have access to quality education, how many communities are now accessing potable water, how many new hospitals are renovating and being constructed nation wide then do your assessment on our development.

Also, you could look at the constant growth in our national budget and find out how our economy is blooming during a global financial crisis.

Where were you? I was worried, you did a disappearing act around the time the French airbus went down near Brazil. I was scared you might have been on that plane.
Next time let us know what you're up to.

Welcome back my dear. You were greatly missed.

Guyana has seen a great reduction in poverty from 86% to 35% today...
Within a few years this figure has decreased exceptionally and would continue to due to the sound macro economic fundamentals and financial viability we have here in Guyana....

Daily Horoscope for January 2

Taurus

It's important that you keep that famous bull-headedness in check over the next couple of weeks. Be cool, calm and sensible and you'll find that you end up with things correctly and tidily done. Stick to the straight and narrow, no matter what the distractions or irritations around you. If you think outside the square, you'll begin to see how visualisation can change and shape your life. Trust your hunches and be ready to move on them.
