There is no right to shoot up a mall. For you to imply so is a lie. However disarming the victims so no defense from his "criminal" activity was an infringement on rights. Thanks for pointing out infringing on rights can be fatal to victims. You stating " he had a right" to kill innocent defenseless victims is a lie and NOT protected under freedom of speech. There is no right to harm or infringe on another. You making false claims that escalate into panic and cause the surrender of self defense rights IS causing harm by contributing to the death of defenseless victims. You have no right to offer an opinion you know or disregard as false leading to harm for others. If you tell a 5 year old child to jump off a tale building and they will not get harmed then you are liable for that childs death if they follow your advice. If you tell citizens they are safer without using means of self defense and they die because of that advice then you are once again just as responsible for their death.

@ Tray,

I have no idea what you are talking about but I will tell you this. The days are numbered when we allow unfettered access to guns in our society. America continues to fall behind other civilized countries by allowing indiscriminate gun ownership. As the population dumbs down it will become more and more a focal point for the intelligent people in this country to stop the misuse of the 2nd Amendment which needs to be repealed or rewritten because it is not what the framers had in mind but rather an excuse for gun nuts to pursue their unholy interests.

PS What is a tale building?

The NRA insists that you have a right to carry an AR-15 into the mall with a backpack filled with high capacity magazines.

Insists on it.

And then after one of their gnutters pulls the trigger... insists if only someone ELSE was there with another gun, it could have been prevented....

It's called "abetting", sycophant troll.

And, suicide IS a crime.

And, that's just ONE of the charges that could be brought.

Accessory
Persons who aid or abet the principal offender in the commission of the offence, before or after.

Accomplice
Person(s) that aids, abets, advises, or encourages the commission of the crime.

Complicity
Accountable for a criminal offense committed by another due to previous knowledge of other's crime.

Criminal Negligence
Reckless disregard for the lives or safety of other persons.

Deliberate Ignorance
Willful blindness to criminal activity.

Deliberate Indifference
Ignoring a situation known to exist.

Depraved Heart Murder
Where an individual under circumstances evincing a depraved indifference to human life, recklessly engaged in conduct which created a grave risk of death to another person, and thereby caused the death of another person.

Depravity of Mind
A degree of moral turpitude and psychical debasement associated with a crime such as repeated and excessive acts of physical abuse or unreasonably brutality or outrageously and wantonly vile, horrible, and inhuman.

And the list can go on, and on, and on. ALL of the above are crimes which >you< are most certainly guilty of. And, will have to answer for, whether it be in this life or the next.

You're only brave on the internet, just like any other LIEberal. Face to face is an entirely different matter though, isn't it cowardly sycophant? Your intelligence level is that of a gnat, as your posts prove most conclusively.

Wipe your chin, dear.

Write to your blog, tell everyone how brave you were and tell your audience of the Phoenix Phat Pharies club how you gave me what for.

YOu might not mention this last bit about me jamming Alec Stephens up your rectum, though..

PS: Congrats on your NRA candidate winning Virgina.
