It is definitely time to change the 2nd Amendment because it is being misused by Gun-Nut-Tards like yourself and fringe nut groups such as the NRA and VCDL. It was meant to protect us from unjust government not for shooting up schools and gathering places by Gun-Nut-Tards.
Use some common sense. Ooooops! Forgot that I was talking to a bottom dweller.
Please point out the part where it states that anyone can go and shootup "schools and gathering places".

Any other strawman arguments you care to make???

So the challenge still stands, Mr. Two-Masters-Degrees (yeah right).....point out the part [of the 2nd Amendment] where it states that anyone can go and shootup "schools and gathering places". Or better yet, repost ANY post you can find where someone is making the claim that it does (other than yourself).

He may very well have two Master's Degrees. I have it on good authority that anything beyond the 7th Grade is considered post-graduate work in Kentucky (citation required).

Good luck with that.

"...it is being misused by Gun-Nut-Tards like yourself and fringe nut groups such as the NRA and VCDL."

"misused"...how...?. ..by defending the individual right to keep and bear arms...?

"It was meant to protect us from unjust government..."

Wow...really...?...that is something I agree with and here you are wanting to tear it down.

"...not for shooting up schools and gathering places by Gun-Nut-Tards."

Nowhere in the 2nd Amendment does it say anything like that and no one here is defending that you ignorant, lying, POS, "frustrated control freak".

Let's see how you will propose to "change the 2nd Amendment".

YOU need to go back and reread what YOU wrote. If YOU want to rewrite what YOU wrote...feel free...but right now YOU'RE nothing more than a typical "frustrated control freak", lying about what the 2nd Amendment.

I guess the Green Eyed Monster got you again eh? Are you still working on your GED? BTW the Masters Degrees are from Wharton and Stanford. These are schools in Pennsylvania and California respectively. California just passed some reasonably good gun control measures.
Now go play with your guns and your penis. You don't have much time left.
Yet California has the highest body count. Why are those laws not working? Let's compare schools. Sandy Hook was a defense free zone and yet people died with no ability to stop the killer. Mississippi, Pearl High School had a shooter and was stopped by the vice principal who used his gun to stop the shooter. Hmmm 2 cases except in one case the killer was uninfringed in his mass killing of defenseless victims and the other case the good guy had a gun and stopped the killer. These are REAL WORLD facts. Keep spinning all you want but the facts just prove you are jerking only yourself off. Poor baby just can't sell that bucket of crap. Ha ha ha.

Lol...you can't even articulate what you even meant by the 2nd Amendment being used “for shooting up schools and gathering places”...even though it has never been used as a defense for that...so you tell a huge lie...lol...ignorant, lying, POS, extremist, "frustrated control freak".

I don't honestly see why that is something to brag about. Everyone on the Internet has at least one advanced degree and has dated a celebrity. Many I meet here have invented well known items such as Post Its and Silly String.

I myself have only one Doctorate because I decided to spend my time pursuing my career as a Lawyer / Astronaut and use my spare time to date supermodels.

Just like everyone else on the Internet.

For the record however, I do think you're unique. I've never heard a Wharton grad refer to someone else as a "guntard". Honestly, I expected more.
