Oregon Supreme Court Upholds Ban on Loaded Guns in Public Places
The Oregon Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that an ordinance banning ordinary citizens and residents from carrying loaded firearms in the city of Portland, Oregon, is constitutional.

A convenient excuse; a guy carrying a bag full of weapons is NOT the same as a person carrying a single firearm safely holstered. So, I guess this means a good citizen can still open carry unloaded as was the approved method in old Kalifornia. If this is the case, it would be wise to DO that as often as possible or THAT will be next to go.
