Nah, I've barely got room for the ones I've got. What would I do with more nukes and Anthrax?

This August I planned to entertain 2 Aussie couples coming to the USA. I picked them up in Seattle, stopped at a convenience store and watched their eyes grow like saucers when they spotted an armed guard at the door. The next day at a little town in Northern Idaho we watched an official 'meet and great' the KKK and the Arian Nations in the public park. 2 of my visitors refused to get out of the car. When we passed into Canada, one of them said 'thanks God we got here, the USA freaks me out'. after 6 fantastic in the Canadian Rockies (banff, Lake Louise, Jasper' the plans were to see Seattle, Portland, the beautiful Oregon Coast, San Francisco and what I consider the most under-rated tourist attraction in the USA - the Redwoods. But they refused to go back into the USA. We spent the time in Vancouver and Victoria, and cancelled the reservations we had made in Seattle, Portland and San Francisco. They flew from Vancouver to LA to catch their flight home.
Result: thousands of dollars lost to the US tourist industry - and they never got to see the Oregon Coast or the Redwoods. Picks of the KKK feature in their vacation pics. Not a good look.
The day before they left, an Australian jogger was killed in Oklahoma by a random shooting. Their comment:'That could have been us'.

Don't be so quick to judge, Mate. Gun Policy.org -- an Australian Anti Gun Group say ...

There are 3.5 million firearms in circulation in Australia -- 1 for every 6 people in Australia. Legal gun ownership is now at the same level as pre-1997 (the year of the government confiscation)and illegal guns are rising faster than legal ones.

Gun suicides in Australia (humans not dingos) are ten times higher than gun homicides in Australia. Nearly 1 a year for every 100,000 persons. Same as pre-1997.

So, apparently, confiscating private firearms and making yabbos and bogans jump through paperwork hoops to own a firearm isn't working as well as you might want us to believe.

In Brisbane in May 1993, Skinheads of the Australian National Socialist Movement plastered the synagogue of the Brisbane Hebrew Congregation with posters and graffiti.

In February 1994, four Skinhead females, chanting "Romper Stomper," attacked four Asian girls with a knife and table-leg clubs at a Melbourne railway station. Train passengers were also reportedly harassed.

There were several high-profile attacks on Asian in Australia in 2012 and 2013.

Skinheads and Neo-Nazi organizations in Australia regularly march and demonstrate in public in Sydney and Melbourne.

Up until 1975 the official name for Australian Immigration Policy was "The White Australia Policy" and non-white immigration was actively discouraged.

We have a non-white President in the US. What colour is your Prime Minister?

This web site shows the decrease of gun violence in America so it has to be the Second Amendment that you are going after.

really? so outlawing guns won't work, right?... let's see, we outlawed grenades, RPG, rocket launchers and dynamite....

when was the last time one of those was used?..why aren't the gangs in the cities using them?..Gee, maybe they can't get them......hmmmmm....

perhaps you don't know how to read your history books...

yes, and once every few years some one will threaten a government official with anthrax or sarin or some other rare bio agent....doesn't mean we need to legalize it...

You are an idiot. There are 200 MILLION guns in America. You can't get rid of them ever and thank God for the Second Amendment. Get over it, the Supreme Court has ruled and the Senate defeated the gun ban. Your side LOST.

This is a totally bogus post. The Australian people are not a bunch of wimps who are afraid of their shadow. They are a hardy, courageous people who value rugged individualism.

There is your answer - MOVE TO JAPAN since you do not like America's Constitution.

You did not like the web site (there are many more out there just like the one I sent you)- so you started your Dem tactic of asinine remarks (cartoons). When you grow up come back and have an adult post.

I agree - Reid said he was not putting bill to the Senate because he does not have enough votes to get any bill passed. Of course that was a couple of days ago. We will have to wait and see. The majority of the people of America want their 2nd Amendment left alone, the gangs and thugs want the 2nd Amendment done away with.

Japan's constitution is based on the US's.... since you love guns, move to Iraq or join the foreign legion and shoot it out with all the other guns nuts..

since you can't comprehend when the 2nd amendment was written and what it says and what weapons were available 200 years ago compared to today, you are qualified to be the village idiot...

I hardly feel you and your fellow rednecks qualify as a well armed militia and are capable of defending anything in this country..

and incidentally, the constitution is subject to interpretation by the Supreme court and congress, not a bunch of inbreds waving the guns at cross burning ceremony...that's how our democracy operates...

Really and exactly what 80-90% of the country were you counting? Or was it Mexico?

Most polls I have seen say the exact opposite and even the DOJ and FBI as well as a few other major surveys disagree with his rhetoric with facts that do NOT support what he wants to do, in fact they state the exact opposite.

You appear to be frightened. I suggest you buy a weapon, learn how to use it and stop being such a wuss. The Second Amendment protects all gun owners from left wing loons like you. The Supreme Court and the US Senate agree.
