The only question is why there has been no arrest. The laws were clearly broken and it does need looked into and from what I see,it is finally getting the attention it needs.CNN also has been advised and are watching the story as it unfolds.

There isn't a problem or unanswered questions concerning the CCW laws.

You're NOT allowed to pull a concealed weapon to threaten or attack anyone.

You ARE allowed to pull your weapon and use deadly force if someone pulls a gun on YOU.

No problem.

Is it possible to arrest a cadaver?

There is nothing for CNN to report on, the dumbass pointed a gun in his face. I would have unloaded my clip into him. He could have called the cops to remove them, but for some reason he didnt...worst and last mistake he ever made.

The article states that Donini and chief deputy Miller "BELIEVE" Tyler Staker has a concealed carry permit. What??? They don't know? Either he did or he didn't. Can't believe they don't know.

I still am wondering whether Tyler Staker had a CCW license or not. The sheriff and chief deputy say in the article that they "believe" he has one. If they don't know by now, something is very wrong. If he is carrying a concealed weapon, Staker should have had his CCW license with him that night. Did the law check this? Was he carrying his license? If he did not have a CCW license, why was he carrying a gun? Sounds like premeditation if no CCW license. People deserve some honest and straight answers to this question....Did Tyler Staker have a CCW license at the time of the shooting??????

I know this is sad to say, but honestly I will be shocked if Tyler staker ever sees a court room. Obviously he has friends in the right places and money. That's all it takes in scioto county to get away with cold blooded murder. He will one day have to be judged by the man upstairs and let face it, HE knows the truth. My thoughts and prayers to the Holsinger family.

Everytime I get pulled over by the DOT they ask if I have a gun in the truck no matter what state I'm in . When the officer runs my CDL it dings. All they have to do is run Tyler DL#. And they will know it's that ez. I think Told Miller in a good officer I would vote for him in a minute if he ran for office. But I don't know why Miller and Donini are beating around the bush. Maybe a legal probably with giving that info out. No problems with the CCW laws just some people that are not smart enough and hasnt been in trouble before has a CCW.

I have my CCW permit, and I'm very familiar with the law.

My previous comment is valid.

Not if u don't have a permit to carry the gun. That should have been one of the first things checked out the night of the shooting. If he didn't have one he should have been arrested at the scene.

Yes, Staker has a permit. So, no, he wasn't arrested at the scene for not having one.

That was easy.

I have my CCW and you can not pull a gun and use it unless your life was in danger and that by using your gun was the only way out. In my opinion Staker killed this man in cold-blood.. They waited till dark to go to his house, harassed him for hours, then shot him when he told them to leave. According to the CCW laws you must retreat first before you are allowed to fire.. It's not the CCW laws that need to be looked at, apparently it is the laws concerning what is murder and homicide. Because that is the only thing that is out of line here. Tyler was in the wrong and now we have another trigger happy murderer walking around on the street.

And for some reason if he didnt have his CCW and got it post the Holsinger shooting then it would be invalid in his defense.. But you have to believe that his name is flagged right now and he wouldn't be able to get one currently of he tried because he is under investigation for a murder.. Which I believe is a felony of some kind..

I want to know if they both had their license or NOT? Also Bob Staker may have has CCW license over five or TEN years. Do you have to renew or take the test again after that many years? Please let me know the answer. Been told you do have to renew after five years.
They broke all kinds of laws prior to the shooting!!!
I hear Tyler Staker has gone to Sandusky Ohio. Interesting! Maybe to book it to Canada if need be!!!
