Wrong dumbass, the President, not Barry mind you, is supposed to produce a budget during February, which congress then debates and eventually signs off on.

And the Iraq war started 4 years after these statements.
There were more terrorist attacks on Clinton’s watch, both inside and outside of U.S. borders, than during any other presidential administration in U.S. history:

The 1993 World Trade Center bombing that killed 6 and injured 1,000
The 1993 Mogadishu firefight that killed 18 U.S. soldiers
The 1995 Oklahoma City terrorist attack on the federal building by American extremists that killed 168, wounding several hundred others
The 1995 Saudi Arabia car bomb that killed 5 U.S. military personnel
The 1996 Khobal Towers bombing that killed 19 U.S. soldiers, wounding 515
The 1998 bombings of two U.S. embassies in Africa that killed 231 citizens, 12 Americans and injured 5,000
The 2000 USS Cole attack in Yemen that killed 17 U.S. sailors, wounding 39

With each terrorist attack, Clinton went before the American people and promised that “those responsible would be hunted down and punished.” We all know how well that worked out.

The POTUS provides a *suggested* budget which the Congress often and frequently does disregard.

Under former President George W. Bush, 575 American soldiers died and fewer than 3,000 were wounded in Afghanistan. This means under Obama, at least 1,405 soldiers have died and nearly 15,000 additional soldiers have been wounded, which means 70% of the deaths and nearly 80% of the injuries in Afghanistan have occurred under Obama’s watch.

In 2010, Obama sent 33,000 additional U.S. troops to Afghanistan as part of the “surge,” and Americans have been received with more hostility with each passing day. In June, Obama announced he would accelerate the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan, and America would transfer security duties to the Afghans in 2014.

Because Obama is a Democrat, the media has been reluctant to shine more of a light on Afghanistan's destabilization under Obama. Perhaps the media is afraid that such reports would make Americans question whether Obama has mismanaged the Afghanistan war like he has the economy. Or maybe the media does not want to report on anything that would make Democrats seem weak on national security, as was the case when Bill Clinton was president.

For whatever reason, the mainstream media is not reporting the striking increase in deaths and casualties in Afghanistan under Obama, again helping Obama through their omissions.

THE PRESIDENT SIGNS IT, you willfully deceitful drone.

The President, in accordance with the Budget and Accounting Act of 1921, must submit a budget to Congress each year. In its current form, federal budget legislation law (31 U.S.C. 1105(a)) specifies that the President submit a budget between the first Monday in January and the first Monday in February. In recent times, the President's budget submission, entitled Budget of the U.S. Government, has been issued in the first week of February.

Each year in March, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) publishes an analysis of the President's budget proposals. CBO budget report and other publications can be found at the CBO's website

CBO computes a current-law baseline budget projection that is intended to estimate what federal spending and revenues would be in the absence of new legislation for the current fiscal year and for the coming ten fiscal years.

The House and Senate Budget Committees begin consideration of the President's budget proposals in February and March. Other committees with budgetary responsibilities submit requests and estimates to the Budget committees during this time. The Budget committees each submit a budget resolution by April 1. The House and Senate each consider those budget resolutions and are expected to pass them, possibly with amendments, by April 15. Budget resolutions specify funding levels for appropriations committees and subcommittees.

Appropriations committees, starting with allocations in the budget resolution, put together appropriations bills, which may be considered in the House after May 15. Once appropriations committees pass their bills, they are considered by the House and Senate. A conference committee is typically required to resolve differences between House and Senate bills. Once a conference bill has passed both chambers of Congress, it is sent to the President, who may sign the bill or veto. If he signs, the bill becomes law. Otherwise, Congress must pass another bill to avoid a shutdown of at least part of the federal government.

liar. He lowered the payroll tax as part of the stimulus, but it expired. There is no bill to raise sales tax, just to collect it from those firms that have been avoiding it. Nothing has been done to SS.

Hint: George Bush was running for reelection.
On Dec. 16, 1998, Operation Desert Fox began with air and cruise missile attacks on Iraq just hours before the House of Representatives was to commence its impeachment debate. The proceedings were delayed by a day because of the military action. The operation ended three days later, by some accounts, out of respect for the Islamic holiday of Ramadan. Nevertheless, some 2,000 Iraqis were killed in the series of bombing raids.

In February 1999, Clinton was faced with two scandals breaking at once -- the emerging evidence that he had raped Juanita Broddrick and the details of security lapses that resulted in American nuclear secrets falling into the hands of the Chinese. Though many analysts were surprised at the precipitous manner in which negotiations were halted, Clinton chose this moment to launch what turned into an 11-week bombing campaign in Serbia, killing some 6,000 Yugoslavian troops, 2,000 civilians and sparking the revenge killings of some 11,000 ethnic Albanian Muslims.

I love progressives. Every single working person had a smaller paycheck in January, but it was because Obama LOWERED it earlier. When I place an online order for boots I can't get locally it will cost me more, but it's not NEW tax although I never paid it before. Do just a little research on your own, but the NY Times says:

President Obama is expected to release his budget proposal this week and, as confirmed by his administration over the weekend, he is planning to cut Social Security benefits for seniors, veterans and people with disabilities.

Talk about LIARS:

Dec 31, 2012 – Obama had proposed extending the payroll tax holiday,.... the help, he is not "raising" your rent when that 6 months elapses.... The brutal truth is that the Government is taking more from the Middle Class and Obama lied.

From Harding until Reagan every president has met the deadline every year. From 1981 until 2009 the President has been late with his budget proposal only on the first year of their first term. Barry has yet to be on time and in fact holds the record for being late at 98 days.

Yes, Bush put his efforts into getting reelected by starting a second war in Iraq.

I know you haven't lifted a finger to serve this country, GayDavy, and you are - by your nature- a coward and would run away from a fight, but Bush started the war in both.

And his failures in both made them the longest wars in US history.

Obama finished the war in Iraq, and will finish the war in Afghanistan.

You are a coward, I know it is hard for you to understand, but the USA doesn't run from a fight.
