Sounds like they'll build behind Council on Aging on Fox Road. Doesn't say if they'll also sell guns and have a gunsmith on staff.

I like the idea too. I'll use it.
How about this!
Something people believe enough in willing to spend their own money in and not asking "or Telling" tax payers to pay for it.
Yes! I'll pay to use it!
It would be great if they could have classes for carry conceilled.

I have heard that we will be getting a gun shop in town within the next few weeks. Are these two related. I do know that one of the people connected to the new gun shop does classes for carry concealed.

I just read the story on line and they are not related. It looks like the people putting this together has done their homework and I wish them much success.I wonder if they will sell amo also? Right know its harder to find than gold.

You people and your lack of knowledge is funny as hell.
Shooting ranges have been around for a very long time and one going up will not increase a threat in that area but decrease one for sure.

Even though the states with the lower amount of gun laws have the lower amount of gun violence you people still push you empty beliefs that have no grounds what so ever. You really are sad.

Why do you think it is that a private company is building a shooting range with their own money, but those who want a pool have to have taxpayer's money?

Could it be that a pool is not profitable? If it is not profitable, then why build it to begin with unless someone is trying to get their ego stroked?

I agree those who want the pool should pay for it. it should not be forced on those who do not want it.

It's funny to see how people that know nothing about firearms put negative judgments on other peoples opinions that will support a new business in town. This will be privately owned. If you don't want to frequent it, don't go. As for the guy that thinks it's a future disaster, where do you think people that enjoy shooting do it now?

. The best reason to not go out and shoot just anywhere is SAFETY. When in the open ricochet or some other tiny mistake can cost a life!
