Connecticut firearms maker leaving for S. Carolina, citing gun law

Good. Connecticut apparently didn't need either the taxes OR the jobs.... If all goes well the Northeast corner will be denuded of anything related to the firearms industry. Let all those good paying jobs and taxes be relocated where they are better appreciated.

Labor costs are lower in the South. Could lower gun prices too.

Anything would be better than the past 6 months.... In November last year I bought my AR. A Palmetto State Armory M4 for just under $700.00. 2 months later they were almost $1800.00,IF you could find one for sale. They have come back down a lot in the past couple months but they're still close to a Grand. Ammo situation still sucks. My local shop got in 6 bricks of Thunderbolt .22 lr,it was gone in less than 30 minutes. Lucky I was there when it arrived or I'd still be waiting on .22 for plinking. My AR .22 conversion kit can go thru some ammo if I'm not careful. Its that fun to shoot.
