So 2 criminals with baseball bats break into my now unarmed household. Really! Better yet, my wife is home alone when they visit. Even better, they go to the authors house and have their way with his family for the amount of time it takes for police to arrive. I hope this never happens. If it does, let's hope the home owner is armed and the bad guys are added to gun violence statistics. We have a right to defense of life and property and we must fight to keep it. Unfortunately the world is dangerous and it's not guns but social attitudes and erosion of family structure.

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT YOU COME IN CONTACT WITH 2ndamright OR ANY OF HIS MANY ALIASES DO NOT BEND OVER IN FRONT OF HIM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES . A panel of experts has recently determined that this poor INBREDíS complete inability to attract any attention from either sex has driven him to the rather bizarre behavior of impersonating Americans. He is doing this in the hope of attracting either reverend ted hagg.ard or a priest with a tub of vaseline, to which he hasnít been successful.
He has now resorted to trying to kornhole his own aliases. This creature can most commonly found on the TOPIX gun threads, erect, spinning around like a dog chasing itís tail, while trying to get at his own butt. It is also highly recommended that in the case of accidental contact you rinse yourself off with bleach and burn the clothes you were wearing

I can tell you put all of your cranial capacity into your response. Obviously you have experience in the deviate lifestyle. Please excuse my ignorance when I say that I do not understand your logic or what point you are trying to make. You can enjoy your unorthodox ways in a free country, if it stays free. Just a thought.

Your Ted Nuegent mentally is going to come to a concrete and barbed-ware fence.Yes, if you are a responsible gun owner, who has had a back-ground check, I have NO problem with you owning a firearm. NOT a Semi-automatic. I'm on the ultra left for gun control.

You are entitled to your opinion. You are not entitled to my right to be armed and this includes semi auto weapons.

Everyone has an opinion, and opinions will be always debated. Fact is, we are moving forward to ban certain weapons from the hands of all Americans. I can see you and others get upset, but I promise you, this is way it's going to be.

Hardly. You treasonous cowards are losing on all fronts. Good always ultimately triumphs over evil. As you shall soon be discovering firsthand.

Amending the constitution is being researched and considered by a number of lawmakers and prominent politicians. It is antiquated and needs an overhaul. Our founding Fathers would have agreed as well. It's really simple,if you only think about it. Items, including words that spell laws; wear out and must be made anew or revised. I'm not a coward and would never commit a treasonous act. From you words, I can sense a high level of anxiety and fear that is truly unfounded.

You are dreaming, lib-tard. There are now more American people awakened to the reality of their INALIENABLE rights than ever before. And more are armed than ever before.

Just what do you think the words "shall not be infringed" mean anyways? It is a right that CANNOT be amended away, treasonous simpleton.

Your promise is an empty one. There are far too many decent law abiding patriotic Americans for your liberal scheme to be successful.

We will support our constitution and this contry in spite of you and your socialist heathen rabble.

. The move to ban is not national. Urban areas predisposed to liberal ideology will push this agenda. The opposite is happening in red states. The next election will have a huge impact on the direction of this debate. I will not relinquish any rights under our Constitution without a fight and everyone like me votes in every election. I hope you realize that losing anything associated with your rights just sets up the next round of infringement by those in power who feel we are not intelligent enough to make our own choices. Thank you for a civil exchange.

Words wear out? They do, do they?
You are incorrect.
You may not be a coward, but you most certainly display idiocy, and stupidity, with no concept of what constitutes treason in THIS country. In this country, it is possible to commit treason by following along in lock step with a government that has overstepped it's authority as spelled out in our founding principles of freedom.
American citizens are to remain true to PRINCIPLES and FUNDAMENTAL AXIOMS of freedom, and NOT to a bunch of power hungry imbiciles in DC ... AKA the American Government. To step outside of those principles and fundamental axioms, is to commit treason against the American People. That sir, is exactly what you just did.
Wake up.

The foundation for tyranny is the same today as it was 3 hundred years ago. Sword or semi automatic rifle makes no difference. If only the government is armed, the people have no means to fight tyranny. Here we are with new weapons, but the same threats exist today as they did in the time of our Founding Fathers. We may never have a call to arms to oppose tyrannical government. But never say it cannot happen here. The most powerful government entities are awash in scandal that goes directly against the people, liberal and conservative alike. So be careful what rights you pick and choose.
