He's claiming he's excercising HIS first admendment right per some tweets.

He can speak all he wants but he's actually lobbying for gun control through his shows. If he wants to make a personal commentary fine. But to make a "news" show a political platform is another especially as a foreigner. It's bad enough many so called newies slip their views/agenda in their alledged news reporting.

If the brit twit has a complaint about America he should be filing a complaint with the British Embassy. The brit ambassador doesn't mind making comments about the US including some recents digs at the US health care system.
