You don't understand our justice system. It's not up to Zimmerman to prove anything. It's up to the state to prove murder. And much like yourself, they have no evidence of murder.
LOL, if the state didn't have probable cause of a murder charge, Zimmerman wouldn't be in a jail cell tonight, LOL.

Well he's not in a jail cell tonight--he's been out on bond. They don't need probable cause to bring a murder charge against somebody. Why do you think they decided not to have the case heard by a grand jury? Look at what happened in the Duke Lacrosse case. No evidence, just one persons word against another's.

I have a friend who married a woman that had two out of control sons. One of them was arrested for rape. There was no physical evidence of such rape, but he had to appear in court to defend his innocence.

Since nothing happened, he wanted to fight it all the way. But as it turned out, the jury was mostly women, and there was one of these rape organizations at the trial which put pressure on the judge. His lawyer advised that he plea down to sexual misconduct because if this jury found him guilty of rape, the judge would throw the book at him because of this rape organization. So that's what he did, and had to serve a year in prison even though he didn't do anything to this woman.

It was her word against his for the most part. The incident took place at a small party the family was having. These two snuck off to fool around, but nothing really happened. After the trial, his family did some research on this family friend who claimed rape. She was an unattractive woman, but seemed to have a lot of problems with guys raping her. In fact, she had three other cases of rape against her in her past, and she was only 24.

The payoff for her was an organization called Victims Of Crime. If you are a victim of a crime, you can apply for a cash handout provided you get a conviction of your supposed assailant.

Our justice system has a lot of flaws in it, and that's why innocent people can end up in jail.

The pedophile is under curfew and wears an ankle bracelet. He can't leave the county and can't go to the train or bus station or the air port. He isn't supposed to drink, and he has to wear a disguise when he leaves the house.

Yah, he's free as a bird.

Still waiting: proof that he followed Martin for no more than ten seconds.

I'm for allowing all non-criminals to have guns, ammo and large capacity mags, as they might need them at some point for their own defense, one way or another. BUT, I'm also for the death penalty for anyone who leaves their own property armed to the teeth and commits a crime using those high-capacity weapons. Or possibly mandatory sentence minimums based on how aggressively they are armed for committing their crime. Nobody should be defenseless, ever.

LIke I told you before, a fight is an agreement between two or more people. Assault is when one attacks another who doesn't want a fight. Martin committed a crime against Zimmerman. Zimmerman was legally allowed to stop the attacker.

Like when the pedophile ran after Martin after he was told to wait for the cops who were on the way, to wait by the truck but the pedophile instead ended up in front of the boy who had every right to be where he was at when the pedophile assaulted him?

Martin ran from Zimmerman so he clearly showed he wanted disengagement.

Zimmerman followed with a loaded weapon, so he clearly showed he wanted to engage him.

Not you are not. You are making claims that ARE NOT supported by any evidence presented to date. Pure speculation on your part. My opinion on this case is based STRICTLY on the evidence given thus far.

You don't have to be in the military or get into fist fights to understand the law. All you really have to do is look up the definition of charges. I didn't have to be there because all evidence points to Zimmerman being assaulted. It couldn't have happened any other way.

<quoted text>No, it's up to the prosecution to decide if there's enough to move forward, not the police.

While I agree there SHOULDN'T be an automatic conviction, it seems Zimmerman supporters believe in an automatic acquittal based on their personal bias.

You ASSumed son. And that's ok. Because it's not admissible in a real court.
Where did I say the police decide if there is enough to move forward? I said the police must provide proof or evidence for a case to move forward. You libs always try to add your own twist to what people say, just so you have something to comment on.

There you go again, insisting on talking about the Zimmerman Case even after I pointed out I've been talking about any and all cases. Again, you must try twisting post into what you want it to be, in order to be able to comment.
