And the the pedophile chased down this boy who had every right to be where he was at and shot him dead.
As is the case in all assault cases dear, it is not a question of where, it is a question of WHAT one did while being there.

You were never taught accountability for your own actions I see.

The key to standing your ground is standing your ground.
You do not get to chase someone for three blocks and then say you were standing your ground, especially after you were told by the police to wait for officers who are on the way.
The reason the pedophile's defense team is not pursing SYG is: the pedophile was chasing, not standing.
A 911 operator is NOT "the police" dear.

It is a self defense case, not a SYG case.

The REAL demonRat agenda:

New "Democratic" Doctrine.

Slavery not to be confined to the Negro race, but to be made the universal condition of the laboring classes of society.

The line of defense, however, is now changed. The South now maintains that Slavery is right, natural, and necessary, and does not depend upon difference of COMPLEXION. The laws of the Slave States justify the holding of WHITE MEN in bondage.

Another Buchanan paper, the leading one in South Carolina, says:

"Slavery is the natural and normal condition of the laboring man, whether WHITE or black.--The great evil of Northern frne Society is, that it is burdened with a servile class of MECHANICS and LABORERS, unfit for self-government, and yet clothed with the attributes and powers of citizens. Master and Slave, is a relation in Society as natural as that of parent and child; and the Northern States will yet have to introduce it. Their theory of free government is a delueion."

There's "Democratic" doctrine for you, with a vengeance; "our theory of free government a delusion,"--"laborin g men, whether white or black, to be slaves,"--Verily, matters are coming to a pretty pass with us.

The Richmond (Va.) Enquirer, Mr. Buchanan's confidential organ, and considered by the "Democratic" party as the ablest paper in the South, speaks as follows in a recent number:

"Repeatedly have we asked the North 'Has not the experiment of universal liberty, FAILED? Are not the evils of FREE SOCIETY INSUFFERABLE? And do not most thinking men among you propose to subvert and reconstruct it?' Still no answer. This gloomy silence is another conclusive proof, added to many other conclusive evidences we have furnished, that free society in the long run is an impracticable form of society; it is everywhere starving, demoralized and insurrectionary.

We repeat, then, that policy and humanity alike forbid the extension of the evils of free society to new people and coming generations.

I don't accuse everyone of being gay, Dongliqueur, and I know you don't consider yourself gay because you charge money for it.

You might consider changing your T-shirt before denying it though, Shug.

Why are you joined in the conspiracy to overthrow We The People's Constitution? And this by defending the tyrannical usurpations perpetrated by our perverse public servants in governments? In order to betray your fellow citizens into slavery? What was the price paid to you for your treachory? Was it more than the thirty pieces of silver paid to Judas?

Finally
Security Treaty Between the United States and Japan;

“September 8, 1951 (1)

“Japan has this day signed a Treaty of Peace with the Allied Powers.(2) On the coming into force of that Treaty, Japan will not have the effective means to exercise its inherent right of self-defense because it has been disarmed.

“There is danger to Japan in this situation because irresponsible militarism has not yet been driven from the world. Therefore Japan desires a Security Treaty with the United States of America to come into force simultaneously with the Treaty of Peace between the United States of America and Japan.

“The Treaty of Peace recognizes that Japan as a sovereign nation has the right to enter into collective security arrangements, and further, the Charter of the United Nations recognizes that all nations possess an inherent right of individual and collective self-defense.*

“In exercise of these rights, Japan desires, as a provisional arrangement for its defense, that the United States of America should maintain armed forces of its own in and about Japan so as to deter armed attack upon Japan.

“The United States of America, in the interest of peace and security, is presently willing to maintain certain of its armed forces in and about Japan, in the expectation, however, that Japan will itself increasingly assume responsibility for its own defense against direct and indirect aggression, always avoiding any armament which could be an offensive threat or serve other than to promote peace and security in accordance with the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter.”

So, let me see if I understand this correctly. Our government signed a treaty with the Japan. Which had been guilty of GENOCIDE, and various other gross violations of civilized warfare. And then they acknowledge that our ENEMY had an inherent right to self-defense? And yet have actively worked to undermine our Second Amendment Right, enumerated in our OWN Constitution? Explain, please.....

It's interesting that the Book of Judas wasn't included in the Bible.

Men clearly had a different objective.

Zimmerman killed an innocent young man.
There were multiple witnesses including
the 911 operator who told him not to follow
the suspect and to wait for the police to come.

George ignored that request and deliberately stalked and killed Trayvon Martin whose only crime that night was walking around his own condo complex and meeting up with a man intent on using his gun and pretending to be a policeman or in his warped mind, a hero.

George will be found guilty of 1st degree murder.
This ain't Casey Anthony, kiddies. Reasonable doubt will not save this man.

Too bad there is not ONE SHRED of evidence released to this date that supports your claim. And he is not being tried for 1st degree murder, moron. And if the court cannot prove his guilt BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT, he will walk. Sucks to be Martin.

You gunloons are doing your tiny base’s bidding, not America’s. No matter how many times, or how long you keep doing this, eventually you will have to accept that it is “your” reality – not the country’s!

When Zimmerman gave chase with a loaded weapon, that changed the picture and automatically produced questions of what happened.

He's proved he killed, son. There's no doubt there. The only question is whether it was justifiable. If not, then what is he guilty of.

Psst... btw, it's not the COURT that needs to prove anything. It's the prosecution.

I hate when you type in one of your drug induced stupors. And sorry, exlax, but we have been WINNING for well over decade now. And this, despite all the best efforts of the traitor-trolls like yourself.

Ever thought of getting the word LOSER, tattooed on your foreheads? Oh wait, that probably won't go to well with that glazed look you freaks always have in your eyes. Ah, what the hell - go for it!
