If gun-control is so useless, according to you friggen gunloons, why then is it that not a single crime is ever committed with a machine gun ever since they were outlawed in 1934 and 1986 respectively?
Conservatives and most liberals agree, with the 2nd amendment we have a wonderful legacy and tradition it's the gunloonery that is the problem.

That is not what happened, that is your opinion you seem to have no shame, for one thing the kid was not a thug, he was a grade A student who happened to live there with his ant. Clearly you have trouble expressing yourself without your favorite N-word don't you ...
You are incorrect.
Martin was visiting the home of his father's girlfriend - NOT his aunt.
Martin was NOT a grade A student, and had in fact been suspended three times in the months before his death. He was on school suspension at the time of his death. He was under a 10 day suspension for marijuana in his school locker at the time of his death.
One of the other suspensions was for habitual tardiness and absense. Grade A students are those who actually attend class. Your logic is failing you Mr. Spock.

The FACT that he was arrested is evidence that it was murder.

Incorrect.
There are eye witnesses that already gave their reports to the police that Martin was on top of Zimmerman. There is the physical evidence.
BOTH support the fact that Martin attacked Zimmerman.

Confronted? How about attacked and brutally beaten?
Yes, that's exactly why we suggest you carry a firearm; in case you are attacked by a curb cadette like Travon. If not for having his firearm, Zimmerman may be in the ground today instead of Martin.
That's a big 'if' you're using there son.

I am NOT talking like I was there. I am talking like someone who has taken an objective look AT THE EVIDENCE AND REPORTS that have been released thus far, and NOT using emotion and conjecture to form my opinion.
He used deadly force AFTER his head was being beaten into a concrete sidewalk..... A LIFE THREATENING ATTACK, you f**king moron.
I don't think you're objective at all.

It's very clear you side with the shooter.

I still say let the wheels of justice turn.

And he had plenty of time to do just that. But that's not what he chose to do is it?
Remember...he had a two-minute window in which he had ran off from Zimmerman. He. Was. Gone. Until HE decided to not stay gone.
You see, you people keep insisting Martin do the "right" thing based on 20/20 hindsight.

You just squeeze it as much as you can.

So the guy with the gun is being beaten up ..
Exactly. The guy with the gun was who got beat up. Zimmerman's injuries and Martin's autopsy are proof positive of that.

It also makes my point that Zimmerman felt he had no choice in the matter and used his gun as a last resort. It's not like they were both standing and Zimmerman took a punch. He was on the ground pinned down so there was no escape. He was beaten bad enough to question his survival. He used his gun to stop a vicious attack from a vicious animal.

It may be, but it's a much bigger "if" when it's your life you're worried about and you have to make that decision on whether to allow the attack to continue or put a stop to it at all costs.

It's amazing how Zimmerman can be going into unconsciousness but you claim he was cognizant enough to make a rational decision based on your version of events.

How would I make a 'version" of events? I wasn't there. The version of events was told by Zim and his neighbors. Losing consciousness doesn't mean you are intoxicated. You are plenty sober to make a life and death decision.

Yes I am. Do you wish to stick to purely facts? I'll be happy to debate you on that level. But the rules apply to both sides.

Well tell us, where do you think Zim would be today had he not been armed? At what point does a violent attacker stop?

Zimmerman being armed very well might have saved his life. Of course, we don't know how far Martin would have gone. What we do know however is that because he was armed, he was able to stop this attack, and that's a great thing for citizens everywhere in this country.
