SO. It was NOT illegal for him to be armed. He had a concealed carry permit issued from the state of Florida. It was not illegal for him to see where Martin ran off to. It was not illegal for him to ask Martin any questions. It WAS illegal for Martin to punch him in the face and then bash his head into the concrete.
And what "court records" are you talking about? This hasn't gone to trial yet. Got proof?
Manslaughter for sure. Murder may be harder to prove.
