<quoted text>Finally, you wrote something we can both agree on. Let's start of with this: "The middle-class is getting hit on all sides." Now let's examine that, and I'll start off with a personal story that happened to me just this week.

My employer called me into his office. He wanted me to fill out some government paperwork and point out what my healthcare insurance per month increase was. It increased $60.00 per month. And per the Washington Post story I posted a few days ago which made a very solid point that because of Commie Care, Ohioans will see a healthcare premium increase of 83% starting next year, this increase my employer has to pay is no surprise.

Why would my employer bring up how much my health insurance went up? Because he wanted to indirectly tell my that's why I'm not getting a pay increase.

Now I am facing increasing water and sewer bills. Why? Because the federal EPA said our standard for our water were not good enough. Our electric company also notified us that our electric bills will increase in the coming years. Why? Because DumBama closed down many coal operated power plants. The ones allowed to stay open had to invest millions and millions of dollars to comply with new EPA regulations.

But blame the rich. That's right.

The problem with you jokers on the left is that you believe your liars in office. They promise you heaven at no expense, and then sneak those intrinsic costs in everything you purchase: cars, cell phones, utilities, transportation costs, monopoly money, ATM fees, credit card fees, and the list goes on and on.

You on the left are so blind not to see it. You refuse to. Then you blame corporations or industry for the lack of residual income a family has, forgetting about all those costs your politicians inflict on you and I.

It's time you on the left finally wake up and realize that if you think something is too expensive now, just wait until you see how much it costs for free.

We all pay either directly or indirectly, but we all pay for these idiotic liberal goals.
Wait a minute! You didn't get to keep your health insurance "as is" if you liked it that way?

Come on, there must be something you did to alter it! 83%? You must have jumped a syphilis laden whore, and kissed Obama!

These idiots still think of conflict between North and South! They think Civil War will be history repeated!

What do you say? I know what I say will happen if a call for Second Amendment Tyranny comes to pass.

I'm slinging lead! What about you?

But since you claim my argument is half-baked, tell me, what is the difference between government taking physical property from people or taking their money? I pointed out the similarities, so you point out the differences.
Excellent! That's pretty much what I said, just nicer.

<quoted text>I will get real when you can point out what I'm not being real about. The truth is that our pay scale is based on benefits and wages--not wages alone. When it costs our employers more for unemployment insurance, more for workman's compensation insurance, more for our healthcare insurance, more for accounting services because they now have to calculate how much your employer pays for your healthcare coverage so they can tax you later, it all adds up.

It all comes out of our pay indirectly, so it's not a wonder why American workers make less in cash.
Bingo! Well said! Good luck getting a liberal to see the truth!

<quoted text>So tell me where my facts are wrong. This is the third time you will avoid this question: if you think it's acceptable to take money away from people because they have too much, then why not take physical articles away from people as well?

You yourself said that people should be taxed on what they own-and not earned in that particular year. If a man is worth one million dollars in 2010, and the government takes 10% of that one million, that leaves him with 900,000 if he never earned one penny more. The next year, in 2011, the government takes $90,000 away, and he is then left with $810,000.

Doing the calculations, it's only a matter of a decade or so before government takes everything he ever earned in his lifetime. That's what you call fair taxation.
Again, Bingo!
Add to that, the people collecting government assistance, what do they pay? What do they get in return? What does the working man get taxed? What does he get in return? What does the government hand out recipient pay? What does he get in return?

Flat tax! Everyone pays the same percentage of income!

I have absolutely no intention of arguing what amount to half baked, half retarded wingnuz talking points repeated over and over ad nauseum! Any employer worth his/her salt offers those benefits to his/her valued employees which is part of the cost of doing business and tax deductible - like I said, get real and stop being a friggen moron!

So, you consider that your whole paycheck should be confiscated by government? That is the very definition of slavery: You work for nothing to feed the mouths of your owners.

In the scheme of all things, no taxes on wages should ever be thought of as necessary, or even proper. In fact —in the U.S.— no such thing existed prior to 1913, when the British bankers managed to instigate your 'third' national bank into existence (the so-called 'federal reserve,' which is neither federal, nor any kind of reserve.)

Your national treasury should be the only organization issuing your paper money, for then it would be issued DEBT-FREE.

That's right: DEBT-FREE. That is so because it would NOT have been 'borrowed' from a foreign banking cartel who themselves print that money OUT OF THIN AIR, and CHARGE YOU interest on ever CENT published by YOUR OWN TREASURY!

Feeling happy yet?

If you treasury published its money —within strictly controlled constitutional limits— and did not allow that money to be used OUTSIDE the shores, borders, or territories of the United States, then there would be VERY FEW taxes, and YOUR transportation infrastructure would not be collapsing as we speak!

Another harebrained libertarian pipe dream! A flat tax isn't fair, not in the real world anyway: 10 percent of income at the bottom isn't equal to 10 percent of income at the top – duh! The cost of most goods is fixed, meaning that you don't pay proportionally less for gas or milk if you make less money. The price of merely surviving is pretty much fixed, making a flat tax not quite as flat as proponents like to pretend. Additionally, most flat tax proposals are based on earned income, which means that unearned income like interest and dividends would escape taxation. Taxpayers who work for a living would end up paying a higher rate of tax, relatively speaking, than those who relied on investments for the majority of income (like Jobs and Buffett). How is that remotely equitable? Unless you are willing to tax Millionaires for they “own” rather than on earned income – it is unconscionably unfair.
The only unearned income there is comes from a lottery, and those people pay a price for it too. There ain't no free lunch.
Everyone invests to gain. Some invest money already earned by investing in their abilities in one way or another. Everyone invests their time and efforts to earn a living.

Your nonsense is none other than look what's they gots and I ain't gots coveting, whining gibberish.
10% is 10% no matter who you are.
10% is 10% no matter what you are.

One can argue, and successfully I may add, that life itself is "unconsionably" unfair.

"10 percent of income at the bottom isn't equal to 10 percent of income at the top – duh!"

Correct. That is why they pay LESS, and those with a higher income pay MORE. DUH
You whining baby. You remind me of a real life true story. A friend of mine plays poker. He entered a local tournament. There were three guys left and he was one of them. It went on and on with my friend getting the best of them and having the REAL big stack. The other two came up with an "equality" idea similar to yours. They said "why don't we just split this amongst us and go home, it's late." My buddy said, "OK", split his stack in half and said, "I'll take this half and you two divide the rest."
They said "That ain't fair." Just like you just whined.
My buddy said "From where I sit it is."
The whiners got pissed and said, "We'll play it out then cause you ain't fair."
Guess what dummy? There was only ONE player that went home with money.

I disagree with you there. You have to consider awards given through lawsuits. Not only are they a free lunch, but you don't have to pay taxes on that new found money either.
I'll bite if you amend your comments to say "frivolous" lawsuits.
Karen Silkwood, for one, certainly earned her "pay", but then she "paid" a price for that too. Correct?
What about Erin Brockovich? Did her clients earn their pay from the lawsuits?
I move we amend to include the word "frivolous".
Second?
