In other words.....still a guilty plea.

If you own the car then you are guilty and if you are driving the car you are guilty.

Both ownership and operation have certain responsibilities that are sometimes serious and sometimes petty but many times carry equal weight when applying the law.

You claim would be against the inspection shop which would be a separate claim then the police made against you.

The police claim against you was either regulatory or criminal and your claim against the inspector would be civil , a tort claim.

It's people like you that make me embarrassed to be a Republican.
Can you tell the truth about anything?

You speed, smoke pot,...
Then you rarely break the law.

You haven't been driving long.
But you watched O'reilly in the early 90s.

You were a Republican back in the day, implying you aren't anymore. Now someone makes you embarrassed to be a Republican.

Get your stories strait.

You paid the fine thereby admitting guilt (whether you actually want to admit it or not). Case closed.

Ha! Maybe I just got my license to drive. That's a possibility. No?

I was a Republican back in the day, but I am no longer one. That's a possibility. No?

Everyone speeds. I can guarantee you I am not the only one. Do you go five miles over the speed limit. Yes?

Rarely break the law. Model citizen. You?

I did watch O'Reilly in the 90's. I bet you watch him now. Don't you?

Republicans. Ewwwwwwwwwww.

My Story is straight. How bout yours?

I emailed Judge Judy and told her the whole story and she said I was innocent. How about that!

A little boy found his fathers gun (on top of a cabinet) and just shot himself.
Guns and little kids do not mix. He would be alive today if his father wasn't so fearful.

Terrible shame.

The father should have bought a quality gun safe and kept his guns in there.

Improper storage does not equate to fear.

But did he do the crime, we don't know, and if he pled GUILTY then it wasn't proven he was.

Nolo Contendre is a convenience (sometimes) for either party (plaintiff or defendent). It allows the court to be more efficient. It allows for the Accused to save money over a petty crime. It gives a lengthy petty process speed. I know your small brain can't see the differences between cow and horse, but that's it in a nutshell, Dummy.

Fear is why people buy guns.

If you put your gun/s in a gun safe - it doesn't do any good when the burglar shows up.

I would imagine that most people Don't own a gun safe.

Feel sorry for all the kids who live with fearful parents that own guns. Pity.
